Any contemporary personal computer with a current Windows or Macintosh operating system can be used to read and interact with the PDF On-Line Edition. All required software is free and usually pre-installed on computers.
The On-Line Citizen Edition’s file size will range between 5 and 20 megabytes (on Sundays) , so a broadband connection to the Internet is recommended. With a cable modem, DSL, WiFi or other broadband connection, the complete file should typically download in a minute or so. (Actual download times, like driving times, can vary depending on the amount of “traffic” and “highway” conditions.)
